Our core services includes a full consultation with the stylist, sitting together to talk about the look you want. We take the time to listen to you, discuss the best approach, then make sure you leave feeling your best.

Things To Know
Consultation:
We invite you to pop in to the salon for a relaxed chat with your stylist about the service you would like before making a booking.
Cancellations:
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
48 hours — no charge.
24 hours — 50% charge.
No show — 100% charge.
Patch Test:
We insist on a patch test before all colour services, drop in to the salon at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Payment:
We accept all major credit/debit cards. You can also pay over the phone and we always welcome cash payments.
Timeliness & Lateness:
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule a service if you arrive over 15 minutes late and this impacts our ability to deliver a high standard of service. Please call the salon if you are due to arrive late and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Long and/or Thick Hair:
If you have thick or long hair that is below the shoulder you may be charged an additional surcharge at your appointment. This is due to the extra time and product required to complete your service. Any additional surcharges will be discussed with you at the consultation stage of your appointment.
