You can register and book one or more services through our online booking platform here. You will get access to our timetable for availability, the list of our services to which you can choose the options you require, and you will be able to select the stylist of your choice.

 

Alternatively, you can call us on 01494 259 386 and speak with a member of staff to make a booking for you, this also gives you an opportunity to discuss what service you require. Our opening hours vary day-to-day, please check below before calling.

How can I book one or more of your services?

Yes, we accept all major credit/debit cards and we always welcome cash payments.

Do you accept card payments?

Our Stylists sometimes offer special discounted prices for a limited time only. We do our best to upgrade our website regularly when new offers are introduced, you can find those here. You can also contact us via phone call to hear what offers are currently available.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, absolutely. We take your safety extremely seriously. Although reactions to colour are rare, when they do happen they can be serious. This is why we strictly follow our manufacturer’s guidelines on patch testing.

 

All new colour clients and some existing colour clients will need to be patch tested at least 48 hours before having their hair colour done with us. Unfortunately, if you do not get a patch test done, we will not be able to go ahead with your colour service.

I would like to colour my hair, do I need a Patch Test?

No, you can just pop in during our opening hours. The patch test will only take a minute to complete and should be at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Do I need an appointment for my Patch Test?

No, Patch Tests are free.

Do I need to pay for a Patch Test?

A rough dry is included with all colour services. If you would like to blow dry or haircut following your colour, this is an additional chargeable service.

Do you Blow Dry hair after Colouring?

On occasion, your stylist may ask you if it is okay for them to take photos of you and their work to use on social media and other related marketing and promotional activities. It is of course up to you whether you are happy to have your photos taken to be used in this way. If you do not want your photos to be used for marketing purposes, please decline to have your photo taken. Many of our clients love to see their hair on our Instagram page and other marketing material and to celebrate their transformation in this way.

Do you take photos inside the salon?

Yes, we operate CCTV at our salon to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
